The legalization of marijuana by a state does not make it legal on the federal level. Due to that conflict, the money generated by the sales becomes a source of conflict. Banks won’t take it and buckets of cash can lead to trouble. Regardless of the book’s plot, with increased legalization by the states, there needs to be some method for the sellers to protect their proceeds. Peter Ash makes a new friend and that leads to a wealth of mayhem.
The action is typical Petrie. The attorney was amusing and highly
